Refund policy

At Majestic Makhwar, we take great pride in the quality 
of every fabric we sell. Each piece is carefully inspected 
before dispatch.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
• Non-sale items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with all swing tags intact, and in their original packaging.
• Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
• Returns showing signs of wear, including perfume scents, makeup stains, or deodorant marks, will be refused and sent back.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the refund will be adjusted if the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold.
• If your return does not meet our policy and needs to be sent back to you, a £5 return shipping fee will apply.
• Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed (up to 21 days during Ramadan).

 

You are responsible for ensuring your return reaches us safely and meets our approval requirements. Once we receive your parcel, you will be notified via email. If you have not received a confirmation email, this means your return has not yet been received.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return items within the required timeframe and to provide the correct email address for all communication.

We’re unable to refund or cancel orders once 48 hours have passed from the time of purchase.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to exchange or return your order, we’re happy to help, provided it meets our terms and conditions.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
• Yes, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We do not provide return labels or reimburse return shipping fees.
• Items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and signed delivery service.

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The fabric is unused and in its original condition
- The fabric has not been cut, tailored, or altered
- The original packaging is intact

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Fabrics that have been cut or tailored
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or special order items

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please 
contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs. 
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 7 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
